雀局掌櫃 keeps everything on your own phone. It has no accounts, and nothing about your games leaves the phone unless you choose to share a game, as described below.

What we collect
We collect nothing about you ourselves, unless you share a game. We do not collect, transmit or store any personal information about you. In the free version, Google's advertising software receives some device information to show ads; see “Advertising” below. If you turn on 分享牌局 Share live for a game, that game's score is sent to our server so the people you share it with can see it. See “Sharing a game” below for exactly what is sent and how long it is kept.
What stays on your phone
The app saves the following on the device itself, so that it works with no network and so your table's settings survive a restart:
- the games you have played, including the hands, the scores and the settlements
- the names you type for the players at your table
- your saved house rules
- your settings, such as text size and currency
None of it leaves the device unless you share it yourself. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes all of it, and we have no copy to restore, so export anything you want to keep first.
Sharing a game (分享牌局)
Sharing is off until you start it for a game, and it covers that one game only. While it is on, the app sends the following to our server at weminelabs.com, so that anyone you give the link or code to can follow the score in a web browser:
- the table's name, and the four players' names and colours as you typed them
- the running scores and the result of each hand
- at the end of the game, who pays whom
Nothing else is sent: no account, no device identifier, no location, no contacts, and none of your other games. Only people who have the link or the code can see a shared game. It is deleted when you press 停止分享 Stop sharing, and otherwise automatically 24 hours after the game was last updated.
The page your friends open is an ordinary web page. Like any website, our web server may record standard request information, such as an IP address and the time, in its logs. The code that identifies a game is not part of that record.
Sharing house rules (分享規矩)
When you share a set of house rules, the rules travel inside the link itself. They are not sent to us and not stored on any server. Whoever receives the link chooses whether to add the rules to their own phone.
Photo scoring (影相計番)
Photos you take or choose for photo scoring are read on your phone, by the app itself. They are not uploaded or sent to anyone.
Checking for updates
When it opens, the iPhone app asks the App Store whether a newer version is available, so it can tell you. The request contains only the app's own identifier — nothing about you, your device or your games. The Android app asks Google Play, through the Play Store app on your phone, in the same way.
Purchases
The one-time purchase that removes ads and the Pro subscription are handled entirely by the store you got the app from: Apple on iPhone, Google Play on Android. We never see your payment details. The store tells the app only whether the purchase was made, so that what you bought can be switched on — including on another phone signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.
Advertising
The free version shows ads: some are our own, and some are supplied by Google AdMob. We ask Google for non-personalised ads only. The app never asks to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and it does not use your device's advertising identifier.
To deliver and measure its ads and to prevent fraud, Google's advertising software inside the app receives some information from your device, such as your IP address (from which a general location can be worked out), the type of device, and which ads were shown or tapped. Google uses it as described in its own policy at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not receive this information and cannot link it to you. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent first; if you decline, you see only our own ads.
We ask Google to show only ads suitable for everyone, and we block gambling, dating, alcohol and similar categories. Buying 無廣告 No Ads or 專業版 Pro removes every ad, and Google's advertising software is then not started at all.
Children
The app is not directed at children. It keeps money accounts between adults playing a game, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date above. A change that affects what the app collects will also be reflected in the App Store and Google Play privacy information before the update ships.
